How our service works and what to expect
We offer three website packages: Core (£600), Premium (£749.99), and E-Commerce (£1,200). Each is a one-time fee that covers design, build, and setup. All packages include hosting and are live within the agreed timeframe.
We've kept pricing simple and transparent. No hidden fees, no surprise charges later. Both packages include hosting and setup. After your site goes live, the £30/month ongoing care is required — this covers hosting, security, updates, and support. You can cancel anytime, but we recommend keeping it active to keep your site up and running.
For E-Commerce sites, ongoing care is £50/month and includes everything above plus payment processing fees, shop updates, and priority support.
We focus on SEO best practices to help your site rank well on Google. This includes proper site structure, fast loading times, mobile optimization, and clean code. Good SEO takes time to build, but we lay the foundation from day one so your site has the best chance of being found by your customers.
If you stop paying for ongoing care, your website will go down and will no longer be accessible online. We will no longer be hosting it, and your site will be taken offline. You can restart your subscription at any time to bring your site back online.
Core Package (£600 + £30/month): A simple, professional website. Business visible on Google. Clear way for customers to call or message. Hosting and setup included. Everything live and working.
Premium Package (£749.99 + £30/month): Everything in Core, plus more pages for services or areas. Stronger design and layout. Priority setup. Extra attention to wording and structure.
E-Commerce Package (£1,200 + £50/month): Everything in Premium, plus online shop with product pages. Secure payment processing. Order management system. Inventory tracking. Customer accounts.
You can cancel your ongoing care subscription anytime with no penalty. If you cancel, your website will go offline as we will no longer be hosting it. You can pause and restart your subscription whenever you like — just get in touch and we'll help. Your data will be kept safe if you pause.
With ongoing care, small changes and updates are included. Email support is available during business hours. We aim to respond within one working day. Larger changes or custom work will be quoted separately.
You own your website and all content on it. We don't claim ownership of your site or your data. If you decide to leave, we'll help you move your site or provide you with all your files.
The one-time package fee is due upfront before we start work. Ongoing care is billed monthly and can be paid via bank transfer or card. We'll send you an invoice before each billing cycle.
We build professional websites for small businesses. We don't guarantee leads, sales, or search engine rankings. Your success depends on many factors outside our control — your business, your market, and how you use your website. We build a solid foundation; you build the business.
